Trans Mar in brief...

In 2003, Trans Mar A/S merged with Peter Hansen Transport A/S and operations were carried on under the name Trans Mar A/S. Peter Hansen Transport was established in 1932 and Trans Mar in 1989. The core business area of both companies was the transportation and distribution of fresh fish to large parts of Europe and of return loads comprising fruit, vegetables and other foodstuffs. In 2006 Trans Mar A/S was taken over by Andreas Andresen A/S and became part of european distribution network of food which include Andreas Andresen A/S and it's mother company Kraftverkehr Nagel.

Trans Mar is specialist in transportation and distribution of fresh fish, offering services which include everything from collection and inspection at the harbour or production site through sorting at our own refrigerated and deep-freeze stores in Padborg to the final delivery of products and transfer documents to end customers throughout Europe. Trans Mar are specialists in the logistics of transporting fresh fish from Northern to Southern Europe and fruit and vegetables in the opposite direction. Fish are collected from all parts of Scandinavia, the Faroe Islands, Iceland and the Baltic States. Delivery is primarily to Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and the Benelux countries. Activities in Eastern Europe are centred in Poland. Fruit and vegetables are collected from all parts of Southern Europe and delivered to destinations throughout Northern Europe and Scandinavia.
