As from 1 January 2008 Andreas Andresen A/S takes over the whole share capital in Trans Mar A/S, as Niels Therkelsen has decided to sell his shareholding of 49 %.

Being a 100 % owned subsidiary of Andreas Andresen A/S, which is part of the Kraftverkehr Nagel GmbH group, Trans Mar will be an integral part of one of Europe’s largest network within foodstuff logistics.

Niels Therkelsen resigns as Managing Director in Trans Mar A/S at his own request on 1 September 2007, but up to 31 December 2007 he will be at our disposal and will help to ensure a smooth change in management.

After 21 years in the transport trade, Niels Therkelsen has chosen to seek new challenges outside the trade, and we wish him good luck.

Steen Sørensen, Managing Director in Andreas Andresen A/S, will take over the formel responsibility as Managing Director for Trans Mar A/S as from 1 September 2007.

Jan Lauritzen, Division Manager in Andreas Andresen A/S, will take over the responsibilities for the day-to-day forwarding activities in Trans Mar A/S and in future he will deal exclusively with the continued development of the fish logistics together with the well-known staff of experienced Trans Mar A/S employees.

Jan Lauritzen is 57 years old and he has throughout the last 7 years been responsible for the export groupage transports of foodstuff in Andreas Andresen A/S.
